NAPA QLD and GPC Asia Pacific are seeking a Mining Coordinator to support the Mining Channel from a NAPA location in Coopers Plains. You will help manage customer and supplier requirements to drive profitable growth, while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or customer service roles.
• Strong order processing, quoting, and admin skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts or aftermarket products.
• Ability to build relationships across sectors (automotive, industrial, mining).
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to customers, branches, and the Mining Sales Team.
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries.
• Coordinate tender and large RFQ submissions.
• Maintain customer and contract pricing information.
• Support contract administration, reporting, and reviews.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor product, pricing, and stock information to support customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting tools.
• Build strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
