Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Mining Coordinator in Queensland to support the Mining Channel from a local NAPA location. You will handle quotations, tender submissions, pricing administration, and customer reporting while liaising with suppliers and internal teams to meet mining sector needs.

The role requires experience in sales coordination or automotive parts, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales, Customer Service, or Automotive Parts role.
• Strong order processing, quoting, administration, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, aftermarket products, or parts interpreting.
• Ability to build strong relationships across automotive, industrial, and mining sectors.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience supporting tenders, pricing, contracts, or customer reporting will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to customers, branches, and the Mining Sales Team.
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries.
• Coordinate tender and large RFQ submissions.
• Maintain customer and contract pricing information.
• Support contract administration, reporting, and reviews.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor product, pricing, and stock information to support customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting tools.
• Build strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Support major mining contracts. Drive commercial outcomes. Be the link that keeps everything moving! NAPA QLD are looking for a Mining Coordinator to support the Mining Channel in Coopers Plains.

The role contributes to profitable growth, customer service, compliance, and risk management through accurate, timely and commercially sound coordination of customer and supplier requirements.

What You'll Bring:
