Job summary

Boab Metals Limited is advancing the Sorby Hills Project in the East Kimberley. We seek an experienced Construction Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract to lead civil infrastructure delivery, including TSF, dams and earthworks, with a strong safety and contractor-management focus.

You will coordinate across engineering, geology, environment and operations, ensure plans and budgets are met, and drive improvements on site while reporting to the Senior Site Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading TSF, dam and earthworks in a mining project.
• Ability to manage contractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and environmental controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of TSF, dam, drainage and earthworks.
• Manage contractor performance to meet schedules, budgets and quality.
• Build and maintain a strong safety culture on site.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, geology, environment, operations and project teams.
• Review methodologies to ensure plans and specs are followed.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting schedule or cost.
