Job summary

Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Account Manager to lead delivery of workforce contracts across the Bowen Basin. This site-based leadership role covers multiple mine sites with a 5/2 roster, 12-hour shifts and accommodation provided on swing.

Based near Townsville, you will ensure our workforce is supported, customers receive exceptional service, and the contract operates safely and efficiently.

Programmed Energy & Resources is looking for an experienced Mining Account Manager to lead the delivery of new and existing workforce contracts with various mining clients across the Bowen Basin.

You’ll work closely with our customers, lead day-to-day operations across multiple mine sites, and help build a safe, high-performing workforce.

If you have strong operational experience in open-cut black coal mining, enjoy building relationships, and can confidently manage the challenges of a busy site environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a site-based leadership role working across various mine sites in the Bowen Basin, starting on a 5/2 roster with 12-hour shifts and accommodation provided while on swing.

This role is perfect for someone based near Townsville QLD. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our workforce is supported, our customer receives exceptional service, and the contract operates safely and efficiently.

As the contracts grows, the roster is expected to move to 7 days on / 7 days off, with the role also expanding to include business development and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with our customer and site leaders.

• Assist new and existing employees onsite to ensure compliance and safety expectations of the client are upheld
