Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a skilled trainer to deliver comprehensive Caterpillar MineStar technology training. You will conduct on-site sessions for maintenance teams and mine site personnel, tailoring programs to site conditions and operations.

You will develop training materials and work with customers, OEM partners, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement while staying current with CAT technology updates. Domestic and international travel will be required.

Qualifications
