Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a MineStar Site Manager to lead a skilled team at our Redcliffe, Australia site, focused on delivering robust MineStar solutions for a key customer. You will manage deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of the Command for Hauling system, coordinating with product support and on-site staff to ensure peak performance.

You will coach staff, maintain safety and production metrics, and align activities with Caterpillar specifications and best practices to drive

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact at Mine Site for MineStar activities.
• Ensure safe operation of AHS on site.
• Define Interim Corrective Actions with MineStar Product Support.
• Build and lead a site-based team across roles.
• Address employee performance and development planning.
• Maintain site metrics: availability, production, cost per tonne, safety.
• Coordinate MineStar improvement projects with customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caterpillar policies.
