Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced Mine Trades Technician for an underground workshop role in Australia. You will perform maintenance and repairs on underground mining equipment, conduct fault finding and diagnostics, and complete preventative and breakdown maintenance tasks within a highly skilled maintenance team.

The role requires a Mechanical Trade Qualification, Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and a current Driver's Licence.

Our client is a leading underground coal mining operation focused on safe and efficient production. Due to increased maintenance requirements, they are seeking an experienced Mine Trades Technician to support underground workshop operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing maintenance and repairs on underground mining equipment
• Conducting fault finding and diagnostic activities
• Completing preventative and breakdown maintenance tasks
• Inspecting equipment and ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules
