Job summary

Ridley AgriProducts in Clifton, Australia, is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. No prior experience is required as full training is provided to help you grow practical skills on the production floor.

You will learn to operate and monitor equipment, maintain quality, and work with a supportive team to ensure smooth operations while following safety practices and preserving a clean work area. Weekend shifts may be required.

The Role

As a Mill Production Operator, you will:

• Learn to operate and monitor production equipment (we’ll train you)
• Help ensure our products meet quality standards
• Support the team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
• Follow safety practices to keep yourself and your teammates safe
• Keep your work area clean and organised
• Work closely with a supportive team to achieve shared goals
