Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and technical drawings.
• Experience across a broad range of electrical systems.
• Experience in PLC programming is highly desirable.
• Previous exposure to FMCG operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite electrical maintenance in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing facility.
• Fault finding and repair of electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, and control circuits.
• Panel wiring, construction, and installation of electrical systems.
• Liaise with other trades, maintenance management, and production management to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety procedures, including permit-to-work systems.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
