Job summary

Absolute Immigration is seeking a Migration Coordinator to support Migration Agents or Lawyers and coordinate client applications from intake to completion.

You will manage client communications, track progress, and contribute to delivering clear, accurate immigration services in a supportive team environment.

About The Role

As a Migration Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Migration Agents or Lawyers and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality immigration services.

Working closely with Migration Agents or Lawyers and Administrators, you’ll be a central part of the delivery team, coordinating applications, managing client communication, and ensuring matters progress accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being detail-focused, client-facing, and part of a supportive team environment, while continuing to build strong technical knowledge in immigration law.

You’re organised, proactive, and genuinely care about delivering excellent outcomes for clients. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in accuracy, communication, and follow-through.
