Job summary

Absolute Immigration Group is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our St Kilda team on a 6-month contract, providing hands-on support across a broad range of marketing activities. You'll work with the Marketing Coordinator and Manager to coordinate campaigns, schedule content, manage social channels, update website content and assist with events, webinars and email marketing.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms will help you streamline processes.

We’re looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our St Kilda team on a 6-month contract, providing hands-on support across a broad range of marketing activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build their experience across content, digital marketing, social media, campaigns and events, while also gaining exposure to marketing automation and CRM-driven marketing. Previous experience with automation or platforms such as HubSpot would be a great advantage, but it’s not essential — we’re equally interested in someone who is tech-confident, curious and genuinely willing to learn.

About The Role

As our Marketing Administrator, you’ll provide hands-on support across the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities for the Absolute Immigration Group.

Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager, you’ll help coordinate campaigns, create and schedule content, manage social media activity, update website content, support email marketing, assist with events and webinars, and keep marketing projects and administrative tasks organised.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support our growing focus on marketing automation, including working with our CRM and digital platforms and helping the team identify ways to streamline processes, improve communications and create more effective customer journeys.

You don’t need to be an automation expert. Previous exposure to marketing automation, CRM workflows or automated campaigns would be a great advantage, but we’re also looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, keen to learn new systems and excited by the opportunity to develop their skills in this area.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, creative, proactive and hands‑on, enjoys working across different areas of marketing and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

About You

You’re an organised, proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into action and supporting a busy marketing team.

You’re comfortable learning new systems and technology, interested in how automation can make marketing smarter and more efficient, and willing to jump in and learn as our marketing function continues to evolve.

You’ll bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, administration or a similar role
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing and content creation
• Experience using Canva, with Adobe Creative Cloud experience desirable
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing platform is highly regarded
• Previous exposure to marketing automation, CRM workflows or automated campaigns would be a great advantage, but isn’t essential — a willingness to learn is key
• Familiarity with WordPress, SEO and marketing analytics is desirable
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A proactive, tech-confident approach with a willingness to learn, bring forward ideas and continuously improve
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team and stakeholders
