Job summary

Mercy Health in Victoria seeks a Clinical Support Midwife at Werribee Mercy Hospital to join the Midwifery Education Team. This permanent part-time role focuses on clinical mentorship, education delivery, and supporting students and new graduates in the maternity service.

You will work 48 hours per fortnight, with opportunities to influence evidence-based practice and collaborate with senior nursing and midwifery leaders. APHRA registration is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Midwife with APHRA is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support and mentorship to students, graduates and less-experienced midwives.
• Support integration of midwifery-led models of care and education delivery.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical learning activities.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Midwifery Education leadership.
