Job summary

Monash Health’s Casey Hospital in Berwick, part of Monash Women’s, is seeking an experienced Clinical Support Midwife to join the maternity team on a part-time basis. You will provide hands-on coaching, support professional development and strengthen evidence-based midwifery practice across rotating rosters.

Qualifications

• Registered Midwife with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in education or a relevant clinical specialty.
• Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical coaching, mentoring and support to midwives at varying stages of their careers.
• Strengthen clinical skills, confidence and evidence-based midwifery practice.
• Work collaboratively with Midwife Managers and Educators to identify learning needs and support professional development.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive clinical learning environment.
