Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Facilitator - Midwifery to strengthen workforce capability and support high-quality care for women, babies, and families across the region. You will coach, mentor and guide learning in the clinical environment, working with midwives, students and leaders to build confidence and capability.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Contemporary clinical experience with strong evidence-based midwifery knowledge and practice.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and assess capability with constructive feedback.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills that support positive team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Empower midwives and students through coaching, mentoring and practical learning experiences.
• Support evidence-based practice and clinical excellence to enhance safety, quality and continuity of care.
• Identify development opportunities, assess competencies and create learning pathways for growth.
