Job summary
Northern NSW Local Health District in Grafton Base Hospital is seeking a Midwife Educator to support and mentor student nurses and midwives, and to strengthen links between university students and Local Health District Registered Nurses. This role involves planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of nursing/midwifery education programs at the facility level to support evidence-based, person-centred care.
Part-time, 8 hours per week, temporary position.
Qualifications
- Mentoring student nurses and midwives.
- Delivery and evaluation of education programs.
- Facilitate relationships between university students and Local Health District nurses.
