Job summary

The Scots College in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Coordinator of Learning Enrichment (Middle School) to drive differentiated learning and inclusive programs for Years 7–12. You will work with staff, students, and families to implement best-practice strategies aligned with the college ethos and Brave Hearts, Bold Minds mission.

You will lead academic program development, assessment, and student support, while contributing to pastoral care and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with NSW/NESA registration.
• Experience in learning differences and differentiation.
• Ability to interpret diagnostic and paramedical reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated academic programs for Year 7–12.
• Create and monitor individual education plans with staff, students, and parents.
• Support teachers with tailored learning approaches and data driven instruction.
• Organise benchmarking tests and analyze data to improve programs.
• Coordinate special provisions applications and funding processes.
• Lead staff development and collaborate with counselors and teams.
• Teach classes and participate in pastoral care and co-curricular activities.
