Job summary

The Scots College is seeking a Coordinator of Learning Enrichment (Middle School) to lead the development of differentiated learning strategies for students with diverse needs. You will collaborate with teachers, parents and specialists to plan, monitor and adjust individual education plans while integrating the school’s Christian ethos into daily practice.

You will oversee testing, data interpretation (NAPLAN and other assessments), and coordinate support provisions and funding.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with registration in NSW/NESA.
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Ability to differentiate curricula and implement individual education plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individual education plans for learners with specific needs.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and specialists to deliver differentiated instruction.
• Coordinate testing and data analysis to refine teaching programs.
• Support teachers with inclusive practices and program development.
• Engage in pastoral care and contribute to co-curricular programs.
