In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with public sector stakeholders to reimagine service delivery and elevate citizen engagement. You’ll also play a key role in pre-sales activities, contributing technical expertise and compelling demos to support proposals. With 5 years of hands‑on experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365, you bring deep knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and custom connectors—plus the ability to extend Dynamics using JavaScript, C# plugins, and workflows. Your passion for human‑centred design and business process improvement, combined with strong communication skills and agile team experience, makes you a perfect fit for this transformative role.
