Thomsons in Brisbane seeks a Lawyer or Associate with 2-5 years PAE to join our corporate team. You will work closely with Partners on M&A transactions, equity & debt capital markets, joint ventures and governance, delivering pragmatic legal advice to corporate clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership of deals, strong contract drafting and due diligence, and collaboration across practice areas. Brisbane-based with opportunities for growth within a leading national firm.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience with M&A transactions, preferably mid-market, through mid/top-tier firms.
• Ability to manage M&A transactions with autonomy.
• Experience with due diligence reports and contract drafting.
• Willingness to take a hands-on, client-focused approach and build relationships.

• Work on M&A transactions and equity/debt capital markets within the corporate team.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to corporate clients and draft/advise on contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.
