Job summary

ARM Architecture in Melbourne is seeking a Mid-level Interior Designer to shape interiors of significant projects across Australia. The role oversees projects from concept through construction, working with project leads and directors, and utilising Revit with strong documentation skills.

You’ll contribute to design workshops, client presentations and design reviews, while mentoring emerging designers as the practice grows. This is a full-time position in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years’ experience in interior architecture and design, delivering projects through all stages.
• Revit capability, producing and coordinating high-quality design and construction documentation.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Collaborative approach, clear communication and a genuine passion for design.

Are you an interior designer ready to take the next step in your career? ARM Architecture is looking for a Mid-level Interior Designer to join our Melbourne studio and help shape the interiors of significant projects across Australia.

The role spans projects of varying scale and complexity, from early concept through documentation, construction and completion. Working closely with our project leads and directors, you’ll bring creative thinking, Revit and documentation skills, a sharp eye for detail and a practical understanding of how projects are delivered. As our interior design practice grows, there’s also the opportunity to support and mentor emerging designers.

Key Responsibilities
