Job summary

Avanade Australia is seeking a Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) to build trusted client relationships with Accenture and Microsoft stakeholders, while leading sales, delivery oversight and satisfaction for Microsoft‑focused deliverables. As MTAL, you will partner with Account Leadership to create and execute the growth plan on the Microsoft platform across one or more key accounts, championing AI initiatives and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years customer management and/or enterprise sales experience.
• Proven success in managing strategic client relationships and driving growth.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams configuring and delivering Microsoft solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack; certifications preferred.
• Experience with industry verticals and differentiating Microsoft offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft relationships with client C-suite at priority accounts.
• Lead development and execution of Microsoft strategy across accounts.
• Oversee bid responses, pricing strategies, and contract terms.
• Drive account growth by expanding Microsoft footprint.
