Strikeforce in Melbourne, via Retail Safari, seeks a dynamic Microsoft Product Advisor team leader to manage a territory of leading retailers. You will coach a small MPA team, educate RSPs in-store, and drive the Microsoft strategy through strong relationships and performance tracking.

Ideal candidates have 12 months+ in sales/retail, strong Excel skills, and a passion for technology. This full-time role offers training, career growth, and a collaborative culture with a global company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, retail, marketing or training
• Proven ability in training and delivering presentations to small and large groups
• Medium to high level proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software especially with Excel
• Interest in technology and innovation in computer hardware and software, and gaming is a bonus
• A natural conversationalist with excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Previous practice in visual merchandising standards in retail and territory management highly regarded
• A genuine drive to deliver results whilst working autonomously

Responsabilités

• Manage store visitation across a territory and lead a small MPA team

About the Role:

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will be assigned a territory of leading retailers and management of small team of instore Microsoft Product Advisors (MPAs). Engaging with Store Managers and Retail Sales People (RSPs), you and your team will be responsible for delivering excellence in the field through store visitation management, demonstrating and educating RSPs on the Microsoft products, building relationships with all levels of staff with in the store to ensure the Microsoft strategy is supported and amplified.

You will be responsible for Store and Territory performance - Discussing store performance and opportunities with senior store management with the objective of supporting the overall Microsoft strategy.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the performance, KPIs, development and coaching of your MPA team within your assigned region with accountability for client activity execution, planograms, data and photo reporting.

About You:

Ideally you will be a tech savvy person and passionate about the Microsoftbrand. With an outgoing personality you will feel comfortable engaging stakeholders and making a difference in the retail environment. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be self-directed and confident in managing multiple priorities.

Key attributes comprising of:

Minimum 12 months experience in sales, retail, marketing or training
