Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced Microsoft Endpoint & Identity Engineer to support a large-scale NAC uplift program. The role focuses on endpoint readiness, identity management, certificate-based authentication, and platform support across a major Microsoft environment.

You will work with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and PKI to deploy secure endpoints, policies, and compliance controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in Endpoint Engineering, Systems Administration, Modern Workplace, or similar environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, AD, Group Policy, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Windows 10/11.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, testing, and operationalisation of enterprise NAC solutions.
• Troubleshoot endpoint authentication, certificate enrolment, renewal, and network access issues.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
• Build, deploy, and manage Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint platforms.
• Configure Hybrid Entra ID Join, device registration, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
• Support PKI infrastructure, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate-based authentication.
• Develop and maintain Group Policies, endpoint security baselines, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with networking and security teams to analyse authentication logs and remediation needs.
• Support pilot, deployment, transition-to-support, and operational readiness activities.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Endpoint & Identity Engineer to support the delivery of a large-scale Network Access Control (NAC) Uplift Program.

This is a hands-on role focused on endpoint readiness, identity and access management, certificate-based authentication, endpoint provisioning, security compliance, and platform support across a large enterprise Microsoft environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, MECM/SCCM, PKI/Certificate Services, and Windows endpoint management, along with experience supporting enterprise security uplift and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, testing, and operationalisation of enterprise NAC solutions.
• Troubleshoot endpoint authentication, certificate enrolment, certificate renewal, and network access issues.
• Support and administer Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
• Build, deploy, and manage Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint platforms.

• Experience troubleshooting device enrolment, compliance, registration, and authentication issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint compliance and security initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, or other NAC technologies.
• Knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, endpoint compliance, and device authentication.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, DSC, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience supporting Essential Eight and security uplift programs.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
