Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced Microsoft Endpoint & Identity Engineer to support the delivery of a large-scale NAC uplift program across a national enterprise environment.

This hands-on role centers on endpoint readiness, identity management, certificate-based authentication, and platform support for Windows 10/11. Expertise in Intune, Entra ID, AD, PKI, and policy management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Endpoint Engineering, Systems Administration, Modern Workplace, or similar environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Windows 10/11.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, testing, and operationalisation of enterprise NAC solutions.
• Troubleshoot endpoint authentication, certificate enrolment, certificate renewal, and network access issues.
• Support and administer Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments.
• Build, deploy, and manage Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot Hybrid Entra ID Join, device registration, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
• Support Microsoft PKI infrastructure, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate-based authentication.
• Develop and maintain Group Policies, endpoint security baselines, and compliance controls.
• Work closely with networking and security teams to analyse authentication logs and remediation requirements.
• Support pilot, deployment, transition-to-support, and operational readiness activities.
• Maintain operational, support, and technical documentation.
