Qualifications

• Experience performing mechanical assembly under a microscope.

• Ability to use calipers and comparators to verify dimensions.
• Strong basic math to support measurements and production documentation.
• Familiarity with medical device assembly or similar regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs, drawings, and written instructions.
• Commitment to GMP guidelines and training requirements.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy with small parts and fine details.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a production setting.
