Job summary

• Understanding of clinical microbiology principles, specimen processing, culture techniques, pathogen identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
• Ability to follow established laboratory protocols and quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety in all testing activities, consistent with standards.
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting.
