Job summary

AusNet is seeking a Metering Service Administrator in Beaconsfield to support installation, scheduling, maintenance and meter data management of contestable metering services within the Type 1-4 market. You’ll help ensure data accuracy for NEM settlements and customer billing, while collaborating across data management, customer outcomes and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with AEMO Market Settlement processes (substitution methods, finalising data, RM reports).
• Understanding of Metering Provider and Metering Data Provider market obligations.
• Experience responding to customer enquiries and resolving escalations in a customer-centric role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality metering data to customer and market timeframes.
• Perform settlement extracts in line with AEMO requirements.
• Investigate and resolve metering data anomalies.
• Support customers and channel partners with enquiries.
• Manage registration and commissioning activities.
• Respond to NMI status enquiries from market participants.
• Maintain polling systems to ensure validated data distribution.
• Provide administrative support to achieve KPI targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through quality service.
• Contribute to a strong Mission Zero safety culture.
