Service Stream is seeking Meter Readers to cover Melbourne City and Western suburbs. No experience needed; training and PPE provided. You will walk routes, read meters, and record data using a handheld device, with daily travel and flexible hours to suit the balance between work and life.

Competenze

• Current valid drivers licence required.
• Reliable vehicle and mobile phone for daily travel.
• Ready to learn and work independently.
• Able to walk, bend and squat for meter readings.
• Capable of working in varying weather conditions.
• Mon–Fri, 30–38 hours per week with travel time included.
• Willing to travel up to 45 minutes each way daily.

About the Role

Do you enjoy working outdoors in the community, in a role that supports your health and wellbeing? We are looking for people to join our team as Meter Readers in the Melbourne City and Western suburbs area to walk an allocated neighbourhood taking and recording utility meter readings. No experience is required. Immediate start available. We will teach you everything you need to know.

What you need

Current valid drivers licence Reliable motor vehicle and mobile phone Ready to learn and able to work on your own Able to undertake plenty of walking, bending and squatting Able to work in most weather conditions Able to work Mon-Fri, 5 days per week, 30-38 hours per week Flexible and comfortable with daily travel of up to, or more than 45 minutes each way Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail is required
