Job summary

ACE1 Metal Roofing is seeking a motivated apprentice to join our growing team across Clarence Valley. You’ll gain hands-on experience installing metal roofs on residential and commercial projects, working alongside experienced tradespeople to build practical skills while completing your apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Interested in building a long-term career in metal roofing.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Safety-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Hold a current White Card, or are willing to obtain one.
• Hold a current driver's licence or have reliable transport.
• Willing to travel throughout the Clarence Valley.
• Based in or around Ballina, Grafton or Yamba.

Responsibilities

• Installing new metal roofs, re-roofs and roof replacements.
• Installing wall cladding, fascia, gutters and downpipes.
• Measuring, cutting and preparing roofing materials.
• Using roofing tools and equipment safely.
• Following plans, instructions and site procedures.
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe work areas.
• Working to ACE1's quality and safety standards on every site.

ACE1 Metal Roofing is looking for a motivated apprentice to join our growing team. You'll gain hands-on experience installing metal roofing across a mix of residential and commercial projects throughout the Clarence Valley. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll learn all aspects of the trade while completing your apprenticeship. Whether you're looking to start your trade or continue an existing roofing apprenticeship, we'd like to hear from you.
