VERVE Fitness on the Gold Coast is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on paid ads. You will own end-to-end Meta campaigns, from strategy to optimization, driving online sales and B2B leads.

Work closely with our Ecommerce CRO manager, running tests, designing funnels, and reporting performance weekly to guide scale decisions. If you have hands-on budget experience and a test-driven mindset, you’ll thrive in this fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager with real budgets.
• Proficient in Google Ads and broader digital advertising.
• Built funnels and landing pages to drive conversions.
• Clear tester mindset; comfortable owning performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta accounts end-to-end: strategy, structure, budgets, and optimization for AU first and US expansion.
• Manage the B2B lead engine with campaigns feeding a multi‑million pipeline.
• Design funnels and landing pages in collaboration with the Ecommerce CRO lead.
• Lead the creative testing pipeline with weekly briefs on new angles.
• Make weekly scale, pause, or cut decisions across all campaigns.
