Job summary

Our client in Townsville is seeking a motivated merchandiser for a part-time, field-based role. You will support the Sales Team by ensuring top-quality product displays and strong customer engagement across the wider Townsville region.

Key responsibilities include managing displays, stock, orders, and promotions while travelling locally and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail sales, food service, FMCG, or similar customer-focused role.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule.
• Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good physical fitness, with the ability to undertake regular lifting and movement.

Responsibilities

Supplying fresh, frozen, and dry goods to customers across hospitality, healthcare, retail, education, and food service sectors, they are known for their commitment to customer service and strong workplace culture. They are now seeking a motivated merchandiser to join their Townsville team in a part-time, field-based role.

Your new role Working closely with the Sales Team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are presented to the highest standard across customer sites throughout the wider Townsville region. This is a hands-on role focused on product visibility, customer engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with retail and commercial customers.
