Job summary

Lindt in Melbourne is seeking energetic Merchandisers to support our Grocery Channel across Woolworths, Coles and independents. You will build relationships with store staff, set up POS displays and ensure Lindt products are front and centre, stocked and correctly ticketed.

Ideal candidates are customer‑minded, able to organise weekly plans, drive locally with a valid licence, and comfortable using an iPad and related apps.

Qualifications

• Interest in working in retail as a sales representative.
• Able to build strong customer relationships.
• Willing to travel locally and manage stock in-store.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers in designated grocery territory.
• Create and maintain in-store displays and POS materials.
• Stock shelves, facing, ticketing and ensuring products are available.
• Conduct stock rotation and cleaning to maintain presentation standards.
• Record promotional compliance and feedback using CRM system.

This would cover Moonee Ponds and Watergardens areas.As a Merchandiser, you will support the Field Sales team in spreading the word about Lindt by:* Building strong relationships with our customers in a designated territory* Building POS (bins), to display Lindt products.* Merchandising Lindt products at shelf e.g. Facing up, ticketing, investigating out of stocks and stocking shelves* Stock rotation / cleaning / maintenance* Identifying in-store display opportunities to drive increased brand exposure and sales volumes.* Supporting your Area Manager with Preselling of the plan and negotiation of display locations* Recording promotional compliance through CRM system* Executing merchandising standards of excellence* Reporting back on store and consumer insightsPut simply, our Merchandisers ensure we get noticed and that our chocolate is front and centre – available for all to enjoy!**What you will bring:*** An interest in working in retail as a sales representative* Confidence and commitment to work autonomously* Ability to build strong customer relationships* Strong communication skills* Ability to productively plan and organise your working week* Don’t mind getting some exercise in your day, whilst moving stock and building displays* Ability to utilise an iPad (supplied) and associated software and apps* Prior experience applying effective manual handling techniques* An unrestricted driver's licence and access to a vehicle.* Availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays (essential).
