Job summary

Tradeware is seeking an energetic Merchandiser to join the VIC Sales Team, servicing Bunnings stores across North Melbourne, West Welbourne and Melbourne CBD. You will own your territory, delivering standout in-store displays and brand presence.

Responsibilities include building relationships with Bunnings staff, merchandising ranges to the highest standard, completing store relays and new store setups, and ensuring products are displayed and ticketed correctly.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Reliable, organised and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and energy in daily work.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks up to 15kg.
• Previous Bunnings or hardware store experience desirable.

We are seeking an active, energetic, and positive individual to join our VIC sales team on a full-time basis to service Bunnings stores.

Your Role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Merchandiser to join our VIC Sales Team, servicing Bunnings stores across North Melbourne, West Welbourne and Melbourne CBD. You'll take ownership of your territory, bringing our brands to life through exceptional merchandising, store relays and new store setups.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings team members
• Merchandise product ranges to the highest standard across your territory
• Complete store relays and new store setups
• Ensure products are displayed, ticketed and presented correctly

Overnight regional travel may be required from time to time.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

You may already have merchandising experience, or you may be looking to start a career in merchandising. If you have experience in retail or hardware stores, that's a bonus—but it's not essential, as full training will be provided.
