Job summary

Suzanne Grae seeks a Merchandise Planner (Apparel) in Macquarie Park to drive detailed buying plans and forecast performance for key items. You will work with Buying to ensure ranges align with brand strategies and financial goals, while overseeing OTB and opportunities to hit sales and gross profit targets.

The role requires leadership experience, apparel allocation know-how, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytics to support store performance.

• Oversee the planning and re-forecasting of key items and volume lines.
• OTB management and identifying opportunities to meet financial objectives.
• Review store sales and allocations with Planning Assistants.
• Liaise with internal & external teams as required.

Join our team as our new Merchandise Planner (Apparel) based in our Macquarie Park office.

As a commercially minded and driven individual, you will play a vital role in the team, enabling the department and your category to achieve set sales plans and overall gross profit.

Reporting to the Planning Manager and partnering closely with our Buying team, your ability to build key relationships as well as effectively influence and solve problems will play an important part in your day-to-day and support your success in this fast-paced and hands-on role.

Your focus on our customer and understanding of fashion trends will support the management of your category.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Work collaboratively with Buying to develop detailed buying plans develop growth strategies
• Review range to ensure brand strategies and financial goals are being met

• OTB Management, continually identify & develop opportunities for achieving financial objectives
