Job summary

Super Retail Group’s rebel brand is seeking an Assistant Category Manager to shape menswear across the rebel network. You’ll support end-to-end planning, manage category data, and collaborate with marketing, eComm, planning, and suppliers to land the right product at the right time and place.

You’ll bring apparel/retail experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset. This hybrid role is based at the rebel Home Ground in Rhodes.

rebel are on the hunt for an Assistant Category Manager to help shape the future of Men’s Apparel across our rebel network. If you live and breathe retail or fashion, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy solving problems as much as you love a good spreadsheet—this could be your next big play.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support end-to-end planning and lifecycle management of menswear products—from new line launches to clearances
• Collaborate with marketing, eComm, planning, and suppliers to ensure the right product lands at the right time and place
• Manage reporting and track category performance against sales, profit, and key commercial targets
• Contribute to range reviews and category strategy through data-led insights and thoughtful merchandise planning
• Ensure accuracy in product and promo data while supporting compliance and sustainability goals across the range

What we are looking for:

• A background in apparel, fashion, or retail —especially in merchandise buying, planning, allocation or administration
• Strong administrative and analytical skills —you’re comfortable navigating Excel, forecasts, pricing sheets, and reporting dashboards
• Excellent attention to detail —nothing slips through the cracks
• Confidence in problem solving and decision making—balancing commercial insight with customer understanding
• A collaborative, ‘house wins’ attitude and a passion for product
