Job summary

Rebel Sport is seeking a commercially curious Merchandise Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Merchandise team in Sydney. You’ll shape how we operate, collaborate across functions and drive continuous improvement across governance and partnering with trade partners.

You’ll analyse performance data, support product onboarding and online setup, manage promotions and ensure ACCC governance standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandise operations, planning or business operations with transferable skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability; translate data into outcomes.
• Curious mindset and interest in improving merchandise operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the merchandise function by identifying inefficiencies and implementing smarter processes.
• Coordinate initiatives with internal teams and external trade partners; align on commercial objectives.
• Analyse performance data and insights to uncover opportunities and support decisions.
• Support merchandise administration activities, including product onboarding and online setup.
• Coordinate trade partner information and ranging data.
• Manage promotional execution across multiple categories with governance and ACCC compliance.
