Merciful guidance and mentorship will be provided as you rotate through rooms and contribute to program delivery, observations, and parent communications while advancing your childcare knowledge.

Qualifications

• Interest in childcare and early childhood education.
• Positive attitude, reliability and eagerness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Ability to travel reliably to and from the Prestons Centre.

Responsibilities

• Support educators in daily childcare programs.
• Assist with child observations and documentation.
• Help prepare and implement engaging lessons and activities.
• Assist with enrollment paperwork as needed.
• Float between rooms to gain experience across age groups.
• Participate in training and professional development sessions.
• Follow Workplace Health & Safety procedures.
