Job summary

Ermha365 is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator for the Greater Geelong and Borough of Queenscliffe Mental Health and Wellbeing Local (GGQ Local). This onsite role reports to the Senior Manager, Mental Health, Forensic and Community Services, coordinating service presence, quality improvement and community engagement.

You will lead a regional team, support peer staff, and champion lived experience in service delivery while managing relationships with partners and funding bodies.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree with experience, or an Associate Diploma with substantial experience.
• Experience coordinating, supervising or leading a team in health or related services.
• Recovery oriented practice and social inclusion understanding.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and communities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with GGQ Local leaders and partners.
• Coordinate service delivery, quality improvement, reporting and compliance.
• Champion coproduction and lived experience in service design.
• Support, supervise and mentor staff and volunteers.
• Monitor budgets, staffing and resources for effective service delivery.
• Identify service gaps and contribute to tenders and funding submissions.
• Work with clinical partners to support referrals and discharge planning.
• Contribute to regional planning and continuous improvement.
