Job summary

Omnia Community Health in Victoria seeks a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary counselling team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, providing assessment, therapeutic interventions and case coordination for clients with moderate to severe mental health presentations across the Macedon Ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualifications in health or social disciplines as listed above.
• Registration with a recognised professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, APS) is required.
• Must hold current National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check.
• Must hold current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
• Current CPR and First Aid qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, therapeutic interventions and case coordination for clients with moderate to severe mental health presentations.
• Deliver services to clients face-to-face in various settings within the Macedon Ranges.
• Collaborate with other health professionals across the organisation to support client care.

About the Role

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary counselling team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a diverse case load of clients with moderate to severe mental health presentations.

The role will see the successful applicant collaborating with other health professionals across the organisation. You will be responsible for providing services to clients within the Macedon Ranges. The role is responsible for providing assessment, therapeutic interventions and case coordination for clients face-to-face in a variety of settings, collaborating with other health professionals and managing a diverse case load.

About You

• Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Nursing, or Master of Psychology
• Registration or eligibility for registration with a recognised professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, APS)
• Must hold current National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening check and valid Working with Children Check
• Must hold current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
• Current CPR and First Aid qualification
