Job summary

Super Retail Group’s rebel network is seeking an Assistant Category Manager for Men’s Apparel to support the Category Manager across all channels. You will dive into product, pricing, promotions, and performance tracking to ensure ranges meet customer needs and business goals.

You will collaborate with marketing, eComm, planning, and suppliers, manage lifecycle processes from launches to clearances, and drive category strategy with data-led insights.

Qualifications

• Background in apparel, fashion, or retail—merchandise buying, planning, allocation or administration.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills; comfortable with Excel, forecasts, pricing sheets and dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail; nothing slips through the cracks.
• Confident problem solving and decision making; balance commercial insight with customer understanding.
• Collaborative attitude with a passion for product and team success.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and lifecycle management of menswear products—from new line launches to clearances.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, planning and suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
• Manage reporting and track category performance against sales, profit, and targets.
• Contribute to range reviews and category strategy through data-led insights and merchandising planning.
• Ensure accuracy in product and promo data while supporting compliance and sustainability goals.
