Job summary

rebel is seeking an Assistant Category Manager – Men’s Apparel to help shape the range across our rebel network. You’ll support the Category Manager with product planning, pricing, promotions and performance tracking to meet customer needs and business goals.

This role offers a hybrid work setup from our rebel Home Ground in Rhodes, plus staff discounts across rebel brands and clear development pathways within Super Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel, fashion, or retail—merchandise buying, planning, allocation or administration.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills with Excel, forecasts, pricing sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail; nothing slips through the cracks.
• Confidence in problem solving and decision making—balancing commercial insight with customer understanding.
• Collaborative, 'house wins' attitude and a passion for product.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and lifecycle management of menswear products—from new line launches to clearances
• Collaborate with marketing, eComm, planning, and suppliers to ensure the right product lands at the right time and place
• Manage reporting and track category performance against sales, profit, and key commercial targets
• Contribute to range reviews and category strategy through data-led insights and thoughtful merchandise planning
• Ensure accuracy in product and promo data while supporting compliance and sustainability goals across the range

What you’ll be doing:

As our Assistant Category Manager – Men’s Apparel, you'll support the Category Manager to bring our range to life across all channels. You’ll dive deep into product, pricing, promotional activity, and performance tracking to ensure our ranges hit the mark with customers and meet business goals.

You’ll also be:

• Support end-to-end planning and lifecycle management of menswear products—from new line launches to clearances
• Collaborate with marketing, eComm, planning, and suppliers to ensure the right product lands at the right time and place
• Manage reporting and track category performance against sales, profit, and key commercial targets
• Contribute to range reviews and category strategy through data-led insights and thoughtful merchandise planning
• Ensure accuracy in product and promo data while supporting compliance and sustainability goals across the range

What we are looking for:

• A background in apparel, fashion, or retail—especially in merchandise buying, planning, allocation or administration
