Job summary

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club is seeking a friendly Membership Team member to greet guests, explain the Panthers Rewards program and keep members informed about events and promotions. You will process rewards redemptions, manage member records and support onboarding at the club entrance and at kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Promote and communicate the benefits of the Panthers Rewards program to members and their guests accurately in a proactive and professional manner.
• Welcome, greet and sign in all patrons entering the club.
• Respond to member and guest enquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure the efficient processing of Panthers Rewards point redemptions including active assistance to members at kiosk terminals.
• Maintain accurate membership records by ensuring all data is entered correctly into the membership database.
• Keep team members informed of updates to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions and club activities.
• Provide administrative support to guests wishing to join the club.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
