Job summary

Smart Talent Group is assisting a well-established industry association in Sydney to recruit a sales-driven professional focused on growing the membership base and driving event attendance. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and collaborate across marketing, partnerships, and campaigns.

You will drive new membership sales through outbound calls, meetings, referrals, events and creative campaigns while delivering an engaging

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience coordinating or supporting events, both online and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales via outbound calls, meetings, referrals, events and campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to onboarding.
• Promote and support events, ensuring high attendance and member satisfaction.
• Deliver a warm, engaging experience for prospective and existing members.
• Contribute to membership and event strategies to meet KPIs and growth targets.
