Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Ryde is seeking a Membership Consultant to help prospective members discover what Next Gen offers and match them with the right membership.

You’ll talk with prospects face-to-face and over the phone, tour facilities, follow up inquiries, build relationships, and work toward and exceed sales targets.

If you are motivated, energetic and passionate about health and fitness, this busy role offers training, support and opportunities to progress within Next Gen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective members face-to-face and over the phone.
• Conduct tours of our facilities.

• Handle objections with confident sales conversations.
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for helping prospective members understand what Next Gen has to offer and finding the right membership for their needs.

This will involve:

• Speaking with prospective members face-to-face and over the phone
• Conducting tours of our facilities

• Working towards and exceeding sales targets
