Job summary

City of Monash is seeking a proactive Membership Consultant for Active Monash Leisure Centres in Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Clayton. You will focus on selling club memberships, supporting marketing initiatives and delivering quality member experiences.

In this role you will act as a frontline representative, conduct tours, present facilities and provide warm, genuine service in a fast-paced environment, while coordinating with the team across multiple sites.

• Position Locations: Glen Waverley / Oakleigh / Clayton

Our Active Monash Leisure Centres are highly regarded throughout the Aquatic and Recreation Industry, attracting over 1.5 million attendances per annum. About the Position

The Membership Consultant provides a professional sales focus for prospective club members, implements sales and marketing strategies and actively sells club memberships. The Membership Consultants' role is integral to the continued growth and success of the Recreation Centres.

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia
• Employee Working with Children's Check
• Satisfactory National Police Check
• Level II (Senior) First Aid qualification and CPR
• Current Driver's License and ability to travel to various work locations if required
• Ability to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts across our three facilities in Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Clayton
