TOTAL Fitness Biggera Waters is seeking a Membership Consultant to drive club growth and provide a high-energy, welcoming environment. You will own the sales process from enquiry to sign-up and work toward monthly targets in a dynamic team.

You will lead lead generation and outreach, manage campaigns for new clubs, and help with promotional partnerships while delivering engaging social content and outstanding member service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in fitness
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team

About you

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience within the fitness industry (essential)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good time management and attention to detail
