Job summary

Fitness First in NSW is seeking dedicated Member Support Consultants (MSCs) to be the heartbeat of our clubs. You will drive membership growth through proactive outreach, tours, and referrals, turning interest into action and helping new members start their fitness journey.

You will build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service, and supporting retention through regular outreach and personalised interactions.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• A problem-solving mindset that provides solutions for potential members.
• A gift for communication to talk to anyone with ease and inspire action.
• Drive to meet goals and continuously look for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via phone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions and exceptional service.
• Retain members through ongoing engagement and participation in retention programs.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Support member journeys with regular outreach and product recommendations.
