Job summary

Fitness First in Sydney is seeking a proactive Membership Manager to lead a high-energy Member Support Consultant team, driving sales and retention while delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will coach, mentor, and set the standard for front-desk service, supporting recruitment and development, and collaborating with regional leaders to grow memberships across clubs.

• Proven background in sales and customer service with a track record of achieving KPIs.
