Job summary

Manly Warringah Gymnastics Club in Cromer NSW is seeking a warm, energetic Member Experience Team Member for casual shifts on the Northern Beaches. You’ll welcome families, assist with trials and enrolments, respond to phone and email enquiries, and help with bookings and accounts to support daily club operations.

Experience in gymnastics isn’t required, but customer service, hospitality or sales experience is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality or sales is valued.
• Comfortable starting conversations with people and helping families.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families into the gym and assist with trials and enrolments.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries.
