Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Mobile Equipment Boilermaker to join Rio Tinto's Robe Valley Mesa J team in Pannawonica. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of heavy mining equipment, with a safety-first culture and a FIFO roster.
You will perform welding, post-maintenance checks, and asset care, collaborating with maintenance staff. A trade certificate and mining experience are essential, along with the ability to work rotating days/nights.

Through Rio Tinto’s partnership with Chandler Macleod, we are seeking an experienced Mobile Equipment Boilermaker to join the Robe Valley Mesa J team in Pannawonica.
This role is ideally suited to a skilled tradesperson with experience performing structural repairs and maintenance on heavy mobile mining equipment. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience repairing cracks, buckets, handrails, gauges and drill components, along with strong welding and steel fabrication capabilities.
Operating on a FIFO 8 days on 6 days off roster (12.5 hour shifts across days and nights), you will play a key role in maintaining asset reliability, equipment availability and safe operational performance.
